It carries side load directly, so a gripper or plate stays square without an external linear guide. The short hard-anodized aluminium body and S45C hard-chrome rod keep the envelope compact while the two-way seal and fixed TPU bumper at both ends provide reliable deceleration.
Available in 10 bores from 12 to 100 mm, TACE covers a push force class of about 57 N at bore 12 up to 3927 N at bore 100 (at 0.5 MPa). Ports are M5x0.8 for bores 12-25, 1/8 inch for 32-63, and 1/4 inch for 80-100. Speed range is 30-500 mm/s. The magnet option (-S) enables position sensing with CMSE/DMSE switches. TACE meets ISO 21287 compact cylinder dimensions; it is not a tie-rod or ISO 15552 cylinder. Note that the twin guides do not lock: on air loss the piston drifts, so for load holding add a rod lock or pilot check valve.
