AirTAC GF Series Air Filters (G Series)

Four bodies: GF200 (1/8 and 1/4 inch ports), GF300 (1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch), GF400 (3/8 and 1/2 inch) and GF600 (3/4 and 1 inch) - a stocked span of 1/8 to 1 inch. All bodies share 0.15-1.0 MPa inlet pressure with the automatic or differential-pressure drain, 0-0.9 MPa with the manual drain, and -5 to +70 C operation that must not freeze.

Drain: the blank code is a differential-pressure drain with no power needed, A is automatic discharge, and M is a manual drain whose version accepts 0-0.9 MPa inlet. Element: the standard element is 40 um; adding W gives 5 um for finer particle removal. Bowls: GF200/300/400 use polycarbonate, while GF600 alone uses an aluminium-alloy bowl. A mounting bracket is included unless you order the J code, and threads come in PT (blank), G or NPT (T).

The GF is a filter only: it has no knob, no gauge and no adjustment range. Follow it with an AirTAC GR regulator for pressure control, or specify the GFR filter regulator to combine both functions in one unit. Add the GC (3-unit F.R.L.) or GFC (2-unit) when lubrication is also required, and choose the GAF series if you want the higher-end line instead of the economy G line.
