The AirTAC AirTAC 3V100M-15 3V-F Base (3V100M15F) is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 15 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
A manifold base is a machined block with 15 valve positions cut into one body, all fed from a single common supply. The 3V100M15F carries AirTAC 3-series 3/2 solenoid valves side by side. Because it has no coil, it has no voltage, no NC or NO state and no electrical entry - those belong to the valves.
It is a genuine AirTAC part, and the valves themselves are ordered separately. The matching valve family offers both normally closed and normally open states, five coil voltages, DIN plug or flying-lead wiring, and manifold bases from 1 to 20 stations. Figures such as pressure range and flow are not listed here; ask us by RFQ and we will read them off the datasheet.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
A filling line where rows of pusher and gating cylinders, each spring-return, are switched by valves mounted along one manifold.
A small-parts assembly cell running several single-acting cylinders that clamp, eject or stamp in sequence from one air feed.
A bench test rig that must open and close a dozen air paths at once, with every solenoid valve wired from a single loom.
Start by deciding what each station must do. A normally closed valve leaves the outlet dead until energised; a normally open one vents it when de-energised - the wrong state on power loss can drop a clamp or hold a gate shut. Then match port size to the actuator (M5 through 3/8in) and coil voltage to the control panel; a coil cannot be rewired to a different supply.
Sizing against flow is the step we cannot cover from this page, so send us your actuator list and we will check it before you order. Buyers who need published flow and coil-power figures immediately can turn to the documented 3V2 and 3V3 bodies. Double-acting cylinders are a job for the AirTAC 4V series, not a 3/2 valve.
Confirm before you order
For the base itself there is nothing to quote - it is passive. For the 3/2 valves you fit on it, pressure, flow and coil-power figures are confirmed from the datasheet on request via RFQ. The 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies are the documented alternatives with published figures if you cannot wait.
Fifteen valves on one block means one air feed and one wiring route, which shortens fault-finding when a station misbehaves. Valves are ordered separately, so mix NC and NO, port sizes and voltages to suit each function. Remember a 3/2 valve drives single-acting cylinders and blow or pilot duties - not double-acting cylinders (use AirTAC 4V).
