The AirTAC Airtac 3V-F Base 3V300M8F is a genuine 3V-F manifold base manifold base for 8 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
Planning a panel with eight separate 3/2 switching points? The 3V300M8F replaces eight independently plumbed valves with one machined block: eight stations, one air inlet, one common supply. Each mounted valve keeps its own outlet, exhaust and electrical control.
The base itself is unpowered - no coil, no voltage, no state - because those properties sit in the valves you order separately. It is a genuine AirTAC part, and the family behind it spans both NC and NO valves, five coil voltages and two electrical entries.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Drive the small air functions of a lab analyser - wash, purge, clamp - from one manifold inside the instrument cabinet.
Mount the suction and release valves of a palletising head on one block carried at the end of the arm.
Keep a set of blow-off and clamping valves on a shared manifold for jig set-up and repair work.
Work out one valve per function - a single-acting cylinder, an air blow-off, a suction cup line - then give each its own state, port size and coil voltage and order them separately. Port sizes across the family run from M5 up to 3/8 inch, so match the step to the actuator: a 3/8 inch port suits a larger single-acting cylinder than a 1/8 inch one. Because flow figures for this family are not published by us, ask us to confirm sizing before you commit; if you want a valve whose figures are on the page today, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies are documented. A double-acting cylinder is a 4V job, not a 3/2 one.
Confirm before you order
Whatever the AirTAC datasheet carries for the base and for the valves you mount on it - send the RFQ and we will come back with the confirmed figures. The AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 valve bodies are the versions with published flow and coil-power data if you need numbers now.
One air connection feeds all stations; electricity belongs to the valves, not the block. Order a valve per station with the coil voltage your panel supplies, in DIN plug or flying-lead entry, and the manifold simply carries them on the shared supply.
