The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M10FD is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 10 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
Where ten circuits must each vent on their own terms, the 3V2M10FD gives every station an independent exhaust port instead of one shared outlet. The block itself is purely a manifold: a 10-station 3V2M base with a unified air supply and shared wiring, but no coil, no state and no electrical specification - those belong to the valves, which are ordered separately.
Independent exhausts suit circuits that each need their own silencer or that must not share a vent path, and the shared-supply layout still keeps fault-finding simple, since every valve hangs off one feed and one wiring run. Valves seat onto the base in any mix of type and count, and further stations can be added as the machine grows. Thread is PT1/8 with PT standard; G and NPT versions are order options.

| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 10F | 10 stations in one assembly, independent exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Ten spring-return clamps on a food tray-sealer vent each through its own silenced port, keeping moist exhaust away from adjacent tooling and packed product.
An automotive leak-test bench dumps each of ten circuits straight to its own silencer, so test air released from one part never disturbs the measurement next door.
A pick-and-place cell fires air jets to separate components on a feeder tape; independent exhaust stops each station's blow-off from venting into its neighbours.
Order this block first and choose its valves second, because the 3V2M10FD carries no coil or state of its own - every electrical and functional property comes from the valves seated on it. Expect Cv 0.1 per station through the base path; where one circuit needs more flow, place a standalone 3V2 (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 in, 0.19 at 1/4 in) or a 3V3 (Cv 0.62 at 1/4 in) beside the manifold instead. Light-duty positions can use 3V1 at 3.0 W DC. For double-acting actuators, specify the AirTAC 4V 5-port series.
The configuration list to confirm: ten stations, independent (D) exhaust, PT thread with G and NPT as order options, and per-valve choices of NC or NO state - fixed at purchase, never convertible in the field - plus coil voltage and DIN plug versus flying-lead entry.
Confirm before you order
Ten valve positions, each a 3/2 direct-acting poppet valve rated Cv 0.1, working over 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi) at -20 to 70 C with IP65 (DIN 40050) coils and PT1/8 ports. Independent exhaust gives every station its own vent. Coil loads are AC 7 VA or DC 7.0 W per valve, so a full DC bank at 24 V pulls roughly 2.9 A with all ten energised. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options.
Yes. On the 3V2M manifold the number and type of valves combine and mix freely, so NC and NO versions, and different coil voltages or entries, can share one block. Each valve's initial state is still fixed at order - flipping the base gasket does not convert NC to NO - so order each station exactly as the circuit needs it.
