The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M14F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 14 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V2M14F is a fourteen-station manifold base from AirTAC's 3V2M system: a machined block that carries the valve bodies, sets one shared air supply and one centralised exhaust, and nothing more. There is no coil inside, hence no voltage, no power draw, no NC/NO state and no IP rating - those qualities belong to the 3V2M valve bodies, which are sold separately.
Fourteen positions is enough to consolidate a whole machine section. Valves combine and expand freely, and the type of valve connected can be mixed, so NC clamping circuits, NO blow circuits and different coil voltages can all sit on one block with shared wiring - which also shortens fault-finding to a single wiring row.

| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 14F | 14 stations in one assembly, centralised exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Fourteen spring-return hold-down or clamp cylinders on a palletising head each get a valve position on this base, all vented through one exhaust line.
A web press uses fourteen small air cylinders for rollers or damping; one 3V2M14F block feeds and wires the whole group from a shared supply.
Fourteen pilot-duty valves inside a machine control cabinet sit on one manifold, cutting fourteen air drops and fourteen cable entries down to one of each.
This base suits builds where fourteen circuits live in one panel and a common exhaust header is acceptable. Each valve path through the block is Cv 0.1 - the cost of manifold density compared with the individual 3V2 (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 inch, 0.19 at 1/4 inch, vacuum-rated) or the high-flow 3V3 (Cv 0.62, 1/4 inch, vacuum-rated); 3V1 is the low-power alternative at 3.0 W DC. Fourteen DC coils at 7.0 W draw 98 W when energised together, roughly 4.1 A at 24 V - size the supply for that worst case.
Because valves are ordered separately, state the initial NC or NO condition at purchase and note it cannot be converted later, nor by flipping the dedicated base gasket. Complete the spec with coil voltage (A/B/C/E/F), electrical entry (DIN plug or I flying lead) and thread - PT is the standard thread on this family, G and NPT available to order. For double-acting cylinders, use the 5-port AirTAC 4V series.

The 14-station base block is unpowered. Mounted 3V2M valves: 3/2 direct-acting, spring return, coaxial shut-off; Cv 0.1; 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi); -20 to 70 C; AC 7 VA / DC 7.0 W coils; IP65 (DIN 40050); PT1/8 ports; 40 um filtration, no lubrication needed; manual override fitted.
Centralised exhaust pipes all fourteen stations out through one port - fewer fittings and one silencer, which suits cabinet installs. If separate venting per station is ever required, the right base is the 3V2M14FD with independent exhaust; exhaust type is fixed by the base, so it must be decided at order time.
