The AirTAC Airtac 3V2M-F Base 3V2M15F is a genuine 3V2M manifold base for 15 stations on one shared air supply. A base is a machined block: it carries no coil and no solenoid, so the valves that sit on it are ordered separately.
The 3V2M15F is a 15-station manifold base for AirTAC 3V2M solenoid valves. It is a machined block with fifteen valve positions that share one air supply and one wiring run, so fifteen 3/2 functions sit in a single compact footprint instead of fifteen separate bodies and fittings.
The base itself carries no coil, so it has no voltage, no power draw and no NC or NO state of its own - those come from the valves you order separately. Exhaust is centralised: all fifteen stations vent through one shared port. The base thread is PT as standard; G and NPT are catalogue options.

Figures follow the official AirTAC 3V2M catalogue. Confirm coil voltage and thread (PT / NPT / G) against the product label before wiring.
| 3V2M | Body — sets the flow, the coil power and whether vacuum is rated. |
|---|---|
| 1/8 in | Port size. M5, 06 = 1/8 in, 08 = 1/4 in, 10 = 3/8 in. |
| 15F | 15 stations in one assembly, centralised exhaust. |
| PT | Port thread. PT ships from stock; G and NPT are available to order. |
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Fifteen single-acting clamp cylinders around a dial plate, one 3V2M valve per station position, all fed and wired from the 3V2M15F block.
Each of fifteen divert gates on a sorting conveyor gets its own 3/2 valve on the shared manifold, while one supply line feeds the whole bank.
Fifteen air nozzles along a rinsing section, each switched by its own valve position and venting through the single centralised exhaust.
Match the base to your build on five points: the number of stations (this block is fixed at 15), the exhaust arrangement (centralised here), the base thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), then the valves you fit - their initial state (NC or NO), coil voltage and entry (DIN plug or flying lead). State must be chosen at order time; a 3V2M valve cannot be converted from NC to NO afterwards.
Flow through the base is Cv 0.1 per valve. If one station needs more, put an individual 3V2 there (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 inch) or a 3V3 (Cv 0.62 at 1/4 inch, both vacuum-rated); 3V1 is the low-power choice at 3.0 W DC for light duty. If a station drives a double-acting cylinder, that needs a 5-port AirTAC 4V valve instead.
Confirm before you order
The base holds fifteen 3V2M valves, each rated Cv 0.1, with operating pressure 0-0.8 MPa (0-114 psi), medium temperature -20 to 70 C, air filtered to 40 um or finer, and PT1/8 valve ports. Base thread is PT as standard with G and NPT available to order. Coil power is set by the valves fitted: 7 VA on AC, 7.0 W on DC.
No. The 3V2M15F is the manifold block only - the fifteen 3V2M valve bodies, with your chosen state (NC or NO), coil voltage and electrical entry, are ordered separately. Choose the state carefully at ordering: 3V2M valves cannot be changed from NC to NO in the field.
