Installation note:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 5452 recommended) on port connections.
Maximum stacking height: 5 valves per manifold. Use torque wrench for
valve mounting to prevent base deformation. Clean internal passages
with filtered air (0.3-0.5 MPa) before initial operation.
