The 3V2M5F is a machined five-station manifold block for the AirTAC 3V2M solenoid valve family. It carries up to five 3/2 valves side by side, feeds them all from one shared PT1/8 air supply, and collects their used air into a single centralised exhaust port, so the pipework on the machine stays short and tidy.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Mount five 3V2M valves to run the clamp, eject and blow-off positions around an index table, all fed and wired from this single base.
A jig with five spring-return clamps can take one valve per clamp on this base, drawing compressed air through one common PT1/8 supply.
Five dust-blowing nozzles ahead of a filling head each get a valve here, with spent air leaving through the shared central exhaust.
When ordering, match five points: the NC or NO state of each valve you mount (fixed at order), the coil voltage, DIN plug versus flying-lead entry, the thread and the exhaust arrangement. PT1/8 is the standard thread on this family; G and NPT are catalogue options you specify when ordering.
Five stations at 7.0 W each mean a fully loaded DC24V build draws 35 W - plan the power supply around that. 3V2M is the density pick at Cv 0.1; if a single circuit needs more flow, step up to an individual 3V2 (Cv 0.18 at 1/8 in, vacuum-rated) or 3V3 (Cv 0.62, 1/4 in). The 3V1 at 3.0 W DC suits small, low-power duties. To actuate a double-acting cylinder you need the AirTAC 4V series instead.

Those last ratings belong to the valves, not to the manifold itself.
Station count is fixed by the base you buy - this one accepts five valves, so pick a longer base if you need more circuits. The NC or NO state of each valve must also be chosen correctly when ordering; it cannot be converted afterwards by any field modification. Valves are ordered separately from the base.
