The 3V2MNCAI-12F packs twelve NC 3/2 valves onto a single 3V2M base with a flying lead from every AC220V coil. Each position is direct-acting and spring-return, using a coaxial popet that either feeds its outlet or vents it - so a twelve-axis machine gets twelve independent on/off air circuits from one air connection and one wiring run.
Flow is the honest limit here: routing through the base holds each station to Cv 0.1, against 0.18 for an individually ported 3V2. Clamping, blowing and pilot duty sit comfortably in that envelope; fast-cycling cylinders may not. What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
