The 3V2MNCC-4F is a ready-matched set of four 3V2M normally closed valve bodies on one 4-station base. Each body is a direct-acting, single-solenoid 3/2 unit with spring return and a coaxial poppet that seals positively, so a de-energised station keeps its outlet vented until the AC110V coil is switched. Port size is PT1/8 and the flow coefficient is Cv 0.1.
Because all four valves share one supply gallery and one wiring run on the base, commissioning and fault-finding stay simple: a single air connection feeds every station and one DIN plug per coil carries the 110 V AC signal. What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
