About the Airtac 3V2M Solenoid Valve 3V2MNCEI-11F
Eleven 3/2 normally closed valve bodies share one 11-station base in the 3V2MNCEI-11F. Every valve is direct-acting with spring return and a coaxial shut-off poppet, every coil is AC24V with a flying lead, and the base feeds all stations from one air inlet and one wiring run. Because supply and wiring are common, a fault shows up against the same background for all eleven stations, which makes isolation and fault-finding quicker.
The shared design does concentrate the electrical load: eleven coils at 7 VA come to 77 VA if all are energised together, about 3.2 A at 24 V, so the transformer needs that reserve. Centralised exhaust sends every station's vent through one exhaust point. Flow is Cv 0.1 per valve, construction is IP65 (DIN 40050), and the NC state is fixed at order time.

What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.

This is the assembly to quote when a machine needs eleven switching points on one manifold and you value one shared supply, one loom and faster diagnostics over maximum per-station flow (Cv 0.1 through the base). If a particular station is flow-starved, mount an individual 3V2 there - Cv 0.18 at 1/8 inch, 0.19 at 1/4 inch, and vacuum-rated, which the 3V2M is not - or specify 3V3 for Cv 0.62 on 1/4 inch. Small low-power duties fit the 3.0 W DC 3V1. Double-acting cylinders belong on the 5-port AirTAC 4V series, not here.
Set all five parameters at ordering: initial state (NC here - it cannot be changed afterwards by flipping the base gasket or any other means), AC24V coil, flying-lead entry, 11 stations, centralised exhaust. PT is the standard thread on the family; G and NPT can be specified when ordering.
