About the Airtac 3V2M Solenoid Valve 3V2MNCF-3F
The 3V2MNCF-3F is a pre-matched set of three normally closed 3/2 valves, each with a DC12V coil at 7.0 W and a DIN plug socket, mounted on a 3-station 3V2M base. Until a coil is energised, the supply is shut off at each outlet, so the three spring-return outputs stay vented at rest. The direct-acting coaxial poppet design seals cleanly across 0-0.8 MPa at Cv 0.1.
Because the three valves share one base, a single air feed and a single wiring run serve the whole group, which cuts plumbing time and makes a stuck station easy to isolate during commissioning. A manual override on each valve lets you step through the sequence without power.

What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
