This mid-flow proportional control valve features a dual-coil latching design with manual override capability. The aluminum alloy body with hard anodized treatment provides excellent corrosion resistance in humid environments. Designed for systems requiring intermediate holding positions, it maintains last position without power consumption through its bistable mechanism (when specified). Includes LED status indicator and surge protection circuitry.

Installation guidelines: Mount in vibration-free locations using M4 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m). Maintain 50mm clearance from other heat sources. Use 5-7μm precision filter with automatic drainage upstream. Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if pneumatic system lacks lubricator.
Service life: ≥10 million cycles (clean air conditions). Replace seals every 2 years in continuous operation. Compatible with inert gases (N2, CO2) when using optional FKM seals (specify -FKM suffix when ordering).
