3V2MNOC-5F is a ready-matched set: five normally open 3/2 valve bodies seated on a 5F base. In the rest state each station passes air from supply to outlet; energising a coil shifts the poppet and vents that station. The direct-acting, spring-return coaxial shut-off design seals well and needs no minimum pressure differential to shift.
All five stations draw from one supply port and one wiring harness, so tracing a fault means checking one harness and labelled stations rather than five separate valves. Coils are AC110V at 7 VA each - 35 VA if all five hold energised - IP65 to DIN 40050, with a manual override on every body for commissioning. What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
