About the Airtac 3V2M Solenoid Valve 3V2MNOCI-12F
The 3V2MNOCI-12F is a complete 12-station manifold assembly: twelve NC 3/2-way valve bodies, each with an AC110V coil wired through a flying lead, mounted on one dedicated base. A normally closed valve keeps its outlet vented until the solenoid energises, so idle stations stay safely off. Each direct-acting, spring-return valve uses a coaxial shut-off poppet for tight sealing and holds Cv 0.1 with PT1/8 ports.
Because all twelve valves share one supply gallery and one wiring run, commissioning and fault-finding stay simple. Size the transformer for the worst case: at 7 VA per AC coil, a fully energised 12-station assembly draws about 84 VA. Note that the normally closed state is fixed at order time and cannot be converted afterwards.

What a 3/2 Valve Does
A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
