Installation note:
Requires 15mm wrench clearance for port access. For horizontal mounting,
use retaining clip (optional accessory M-35B). Lubricate threads with
PTFE tape only. Maximum ambient vibration: 50m/s² (5G).
Critical parameters:
Minimum operating pressure differential 0.05MPa. Do NOT use with
silicone-based lubricants. Cycle rate limited to 5000 operations/hour
for extended lifespan.
