The AirTAC Airtac ACP Compact Cylinder ACP25X125S is a double acting DIN-standard tight/compact air cylinder with a Ø25mm bore and 125mm stroke, M5×0.8 air ports and a hard-anodized aluminium body. This model is discontinued — the current-production replacement is the ACE25X125S (ISO 21287 ACE), in the same bore, stroke and force class.
The ACP25X125S is a double acting compact cylinder in the DIN-standard ACP series, now discontinued. This 25 mm bore, 125 mm stroke unit carries the optional -S magnet, so CMSE or DMSE reed and solid-state switches can be fitted for end-of-stroke sensing. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 245.4 N and pulls 206.2 N; at 0.7 MPa those rise to 343.6 N and 288.6 N, with a theoretical maximum of 50.1 kgf at 1.0 MPa.
Its short ISO 21287-class body saves roughly 50% of the mounting length of an ISO 15552 profile cylinder, which is why it fits tight jigs and guarding where a full-length body cannot. For sizing, treat about 0.6 of the push force as usable work at 0.5 MPa - roughly 147 N - which corresponds to lifting about 12 kg vertically, or about 6 kg with a 2:1 margin. The hard-anodized aluminium body and S45C hard-chrome rod run on 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) at 30-500 mm/s, with fixed TPU bumpers at both ends. Replacement is the current-production ACE25X125; confirm ISO 21287 mounting dimensions before swapping, since the ACP was built to a DIN standard.

Note that a plain cylinder drifts when air is lost - add a rod lock or pilot check valve if the load must stay put. The female M6x1.0 rod thread takes standard I/Y knuckles, and FA/FB flange, LB foot or CA/CB clevis mounts bolt to the same face. This model already includes the -S magnet for CMSE/DMSE switches.
