Installation notes:
- Align cylinder axis within 0.2mm parallel tolerance to load direction
- Use M5x0.8 mounting screws with 4.8Nm torque specification
- Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance around rod for heat dissipation
- Lubricate with ISO VG32 turbine oil if operating below -10℃
