Installation guidelines:
Align within 0.2mm perpendicularity tolerance during mounting.
Use dynamic load calculations when stroke exceeds 50% of bore size.
Apply 2–3 drops of AirTAC PSE-2 oil monthly for maintenance.
Critical notes:
Avoid side load exceeding 15N. Maximum allowable rod end play: ±1° angular misalignment.
Not suitable for vertical downward thrust applications without external guides.
