Installation note:
Maintain perpendicular alignment within 0.5° during mounting. Use copper-based anti-seize compound on threads.
Requires weekly inspection of rod seals in continuous operation. Avoid lateral loads exceeding 50N.
Critical parameter:
Maximum allowable lateral misalignment - 0.3mm at 100mm from mounting face.
Thermal expansion compensation requires 0.1mm clearance per 50℃ above 80℃ ambient.
