Installation protocol:
Mount using heat-resistant brackets (≥2mm steel recommended) with 15mm clearance
from welding zones. Apply high-temperature grease (NLGI #2 grade) to rod surface
before initial operation. Perform 50-100 test cycles at 0.3MPa prior to full-load use.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
