The piston rod incorporates a chrome-plated multi-stage sealing system for high dust/dirt environments. Requires 40μm filtered air and regular lubrication (ISO VG32 hydraulic oil recommended).

Installation note:
Optimal performance achieved when mounted horizontally. Use anti-vibration washers in mobile equipment.
Perform stroke-end adjustments under reduced pressure (≤0.3MPa) during commissioning. Lubricate every 2,000km
or 500 operating hours in high-usage scenarios.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
