The AirTAC Airtac B52-GR Copper-Free Air Source Treatment Unit B52-GR20006C3K is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR series is a dedicated air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds downstream pressure from a compressed-air supply. It contains no filter, no drain bowl and no lubricator, so it is the right choice when the air is already cleaned elsewhere and only pressure control is needed. This GR20006C3K is the 200 size with a 1/8 in PT port, a round external gauge with bar scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted so downstream pressure is held if the supply is interrupted. Adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as standard plus G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, round or square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and panel mounting with or without bracket. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR200 | G-series pressure regulator, 200 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 06 | Port size PT1/8". This body offers 06 = PT1/8", 08 = PT1/4". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Sets and holds the pilot pressure feeding air-operated butterfly and ball valve actuators, with the check valve holding the setpoint if the plant air header drops.
Regulates supply pressure to a small pneumatic clamp cylinder on a machining fixture so workholding force stays at the set value across the shift.
Mounted in the machine's pneumatic cabinet to give a stable, locally adjustable supply branch to sensors, ejectors and small actuator circuits.
Start with the port: the 200 size in 1/8 in suits compact circuits and small cylinders; step up to 300, 400 or 600 for larger ports and more flow. Pick the gauge by what your team reads: this version is round with a bar scale, while square gauges with MPa or psi scales are also catalogued. The K suffix fits a reverse (check) valve, useful where downstream pressure must be retained. PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are orderable thread options. A bracket is included as standard (J removes it), and the L low-pressure type is available where the setpoint stays below 0.4 MPa. Note that flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR performance as flow curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your inlet pressure, setpoint and expected demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this model on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is retained if upstream supply fails. C means the external round gauge style, and the 3 sets its scale to bar; F1 or F2 versions use the square gauge in MPa or psi instead.
