The GAR50020S is a regulator-only unit that takes a higher supply pressure and holds a steady, lower downstream pressure you set with the knob and read on the gauge. It does not filter or dry the air, and it has no drain bowl or filter element - for clean air you need a GAFR or a GAF upstream.
