The AirTAC AirTAC GC200-06 FRL Unit (GC20006MLF1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC200 series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator so one inlet run cleans, regulates and lubricates the compressed air. This GC20006MLF1 is the size-200 body with a 1/8 inch PT port, a manual-drain polycarbonate filter bowl, the standard 40 um element, a low-pressure type regulator and an embedded square gauge reading in MPa.
Every set we sell is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 inch to 1 inch, and can be ordered with a 40 um or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads instead of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your line details and we will confirm the datasheet numbers on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF200-06 filter, GR200-06 regulator and GL200-06 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Size 200 is the smallest GC step with a 1/8 inch PT port; move up to 300, 400 or 600 as demand grows. The M code gives a manual-drain filter bowl, convenient where the set is reachable; automatic and differential-pressure drains exist on other codes. This unit keeps the 40 um standard element, and the square gauge reads in MPa (psi and bar scales can be ordered). This is the low-pressure type regulator - confirm the adjustment span for your line pressure with us before ordering. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-06 regulator with a GF200-06 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC range as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your line pressure and consumption and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
Units with a regulator carry an embedded square gauge, and MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified; an external round gauge is available on other codes, and gaugeless versions (N) exist too. Tell us what you want to read and we will confirm the option on request.
