About the AirTAC GC200-08 FRL Unit (GC20008C3K)
The GC series is AirTAC's three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator working together as one air-preparation set. This GC20008C3K is the 200 size with 1/4 in PT ports. The filter element removes water and particulate down to 40 um, with a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate when the pressure differential rises. The regulator holds downstream pressure within a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and the lubricator meters a fine oil mist to downstream cylinders and tools. A round external gauge on a bar scale and a reverse/check valve are fitted, and maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at 5-70 C, non-freezing.

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-08 regulator with a GF200-08 filter on that branch.
