About the Airtac GC FRL Unit GC200C06F1K
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination made up of a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, so each function can be inspected, drained or replaced on its own. This version is the 200 size with PT1/8 ports, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl. The regulator carries an embedded square pressure gauge in MPa scale, and a reverse-flow check valve is fitted to block backflow through the set. The filter bowl on the 200 size is polycarbonate, the set handles compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and works from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR200-C0 regulator with a GF200-C0 filter on that branch.
