The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008AC3) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series combines a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator into one three-unit F.R.L. set. This configuration is size 300 with 1/4 in PT ports, an automatic-drain filter bowl and the standard 40 um element. A round external pressure gauge on bar scale is included, and there is no reverse valve in the air path. With the automatic drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20 to 130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowls are polycarbonate (PC) at this size. Across the GC range you can specify sizes 200 to 600, manual or differential-pressure drains, 5 um fine elements, other gauge scales and G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditions the compressed air serving a spray-finishing booth's agitators, blow-off guns and tool drops, with one regulated set pressure and one lubrication point for the booth's air tools.
Feeds pneumatic swing clamps and supports on a machining fixture, giving filtered, regulated and lubricated air so the clamping circuit holds a consistent set pressure part after part.
Supplies the cylinder actuators on gate and diverter valves in a bulk-material handling line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the actuator supply.
Size 300 with 1/4 in PT ports covers mid-range machine supplies; sizes 200, 400 and 600 are the steps either side. Drain is automatic here, so no manual blow-down is needed - M and the blank differential-pressure option are the alternatives. The 40 um element is the standard grade; add W for 5 um. The C3 code selects a round gauge in bar; C1 (MPa) and C2 (psi) are the other scales, and the no-code default is the embedded square gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state one number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for GC30008AC3 on request.
The A code fits an automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the filter bowl without operator attention. The alternatives are M for a manual drain and a blank code for the differential-pressure drain, which you choose when decoding the set.
