The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008LF1W) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30008LF1W is an AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator supplied as one set. This size 300 unit has PT1/4 (standard) ports, a 5 um (W-code) filter element, differential-pressure bowl drain and an embedded square gauge reading in MPa; the L code selects the low-pressure regulator type. It removes water and fine particulate, holds downstream pressure steady and meters oil mist into the line in one assembly. Filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate at this size, with a -5 to 70 C working range on compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus options such as manual or automatic drains, 40 um standard elements, G(BSPP) or NPT threads and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet and sizing details on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning the shop-air supply to a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element and a steady regulated pressure help protect spindle-air seals and tool-change actuators.
Supplying filtered, regulated, lubricated air to pneumatic test benches, with the square MPa gauge giving a clear local pressure reference.
Feeding impact drivers, nutrunners and air ratchets at assembly benches through one conditioner, so tools get clean air and consistent oil mist.
Size 300 with 1/4 inch PT ports is the mid step of the G series; drop to 200 or step to 400/600 as circuit demand changes. Drain is differential-pressure as built; manual (M) and automatic (A) are order options, as is the 40 um standard element in place of this 5 um W element. Gauge styles and MPa, psi or bar scales are selectable, and G or NPT threads replace PT on request. Flow appears only as catalogue curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so no number is quoted here. Share your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet curves and check that size 300 with 1/4 inch ports fits before you order.
Only the filter element: W selects 5 um filtration against the 40 um standard of the plain LF1. Everything else decodes the same - size 300, PT1/4 ports, differential-pressure drain, square MPa gauge and low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves, so send us your conditions and we will confirm the datasheet figure.
