The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008MLC1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GC30008MLC1 is an AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator built into one 300-size set. This 1/4 in PT-threaded unit is the low-pressure (L) type, has a manual drain on the filter bowl, keeps the standard 40 um filter element, and is fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa. On this 300 size the bowl is polycarbonate (PC). Medium is compressed air, with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series runs from size 200 through 600 with a choice of ports, drain types, 40 um or 5 um filter elements, gauge styles and scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options. The standard manual-drain regulator adjusts 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); as the low-pressure (L) variant this set is intended for lower setting pressures, so confirm the exact range with us. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeds filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic pushers and diverters on a carton packaging conveyor, with the manual drain emptied during line cleaning rounds.
Supplies the workpiece clamping circuits on a CNC machining centre, where the low-pressure regulator type is used to hold lower clamping pressures and the gauge shows set pressure in MPa.
Prep air for impact wrenches and air ratchets in an automotive repair bay, with the lubricator feeding a consistent oil mist to keep the tools running through a shift.
Start with size and port: the 300 series on a 1/4 in PT port suits lighter-duty circuits, while 200, 400 and 600 sizes step the port and flow capacity down or up - match the size to the air demand of the equipment downstream. Note this is the low-pressure (L) type for lower setting pressures; confirm the adjustment range with us before ordering. Drain choice matters: this set is manual-drain (M), so the filter bowl is emptied by hand - choose differential-pressure (the default) or automatic (A) if the bowl is hard to reach. The standard element is 40 um; add W for the 5 um grade. Gauges come as this external round type (C) or square (F) in MPa, psi or bar scale, and thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet before you order.
M is the drain code for the filter bowl: manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by hand. Leave it blank for the differential-pressure drain or specify A for automatic draining if the unit is installed where manual draining is awkward.
