The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-08 FRL Unit (GC30008MLN) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
GC30008MLN is an AirTAC GC three-unit air-treatment combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator piped together. This 300-size set is ported 1/4 in with standard PT thread. The filter bowl has a manual drain and the standard 40 um element; the regulator is the low-pressure type (code L) with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range for this manual-drain configuration; code N means the set is supplied without a gauge. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the 300-size filter and lubricator bowls are PC (polycarbonate).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC series spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and drain, filter grade, gauge, thread and valve options are order choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-08 filter, GR300-08 regulator and GL300-08 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

General air supply to a CNC machining center's chip conveyors, tool-change cylinders and air blast: filtered, regulated and lubricated air from a panel where the machine's own pressure display makes a separate gauge redundant.
Feeding dock levellers and shelter cushions on a loading bay: the 40 um element handles typical plant air, the regulator sets actuation pressure, and the manual drain is emptied during scheduled dock checks.
A prepared drop at a maintenance shop bench: one filter-regulator-lubricator set feeding impact tools and test rigs, with pressure read off the shop's existing gauge rather than a dedicated instrument on the set.
Choose the 300 size with 1/4 in PT ports for compact machine supply lines, or step to 200, 400 or 600 as port and flow demand changes. Drain is manual on this set (widest 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range); automatic and differential-pressure drains are available. The standard 40 um element suits general machine air; specify the W code for 5 um where equipment needs finer air. This N code has no gauge - order the gauge versions (square, or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) if operators need to read the setpoint. PT thread is standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as order options. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-08 regulator with a GF300-08 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a rated flow number here. Share your working pressure and consumption and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this 300-size set on request.
The 40 um standard grade suits general machine air - cylinders, valves and shop tools. If you feed spray equipment, precision valves or instrumentation, order the W version (GC30008MLNW) with the 5 um element instead. Both share the same 300-size, 1/4 in PT, manual-drain layout.
