The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALC1W) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30010ALC1W is a genuine AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: separate filter, regulator and lubricator units that together clean, regulate and oil-mist lubricate a compressed-air line. This 300-size set is ported 3/8 inch with a PT thread, carries the 5 um (W) filter element and an automatic drain on the filter bowl, and uses the low-pressure (L) type regulator with a round external pressure gauge scaled in MPa. At size 300 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC).
AirTAC builds the G series in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge styles and scales, and a low-pressure regulator option. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for this set on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtering, regulating and oil-misting the supply to the clutch and counterbalance circuit of a mechanical press, with the round MPa gauge giving a clear set-point readout at the machine.
Conditioning the actuator supply on a skid of pneumatically actuated butterfly and ball valves, where the low-pressure type regulator holds the operating pressure the actuators were sized for.
Supplying treated air to the grip and clamp cylinders that carry bottles through a rinsing and filling conveyor, with the 5 um element guarding the small pilot valves.
Size 300 with a 3/8 inch PT port is the mid step of the range; move to 200 for small drops or to 400/600 when the main port and air demand step up. The filter grade here is 5 um (W); the standard 40 um element is available if only coarse protection is needed. The A suffix gives an automatic drain, the convenient choice for unattended lines; manual and differential-pressure drains are orderable alternatives. This is the low-pressure (L) type regulator; with the automatic drain the catalogue set range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The C1 gauge is a round external dial in MPa; square embedded gauges and psi or bar scales are also available. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published only as curves, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves against pressure, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow data for this 3/8 inch PT set from the datasheet before you order.
C1 selects the round external pressure gauge scaled in MPa (F codes give the square embedded gauge, and psi or bar scales can be ordered), while W selects the 5 um filter element instead of the standard 40 um.
