The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010ALF1WK) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30010ALF1WK is a genuine AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: separate filter, regulator and lubricator units that together clean, regulate and oil-mist lubricate a compressed-air line. This 300-size set is ported 3/8 inch with a PT thread, carries the 5 um (W) filter element with an automatic drain on the filter bowl, and is built on the low-pressure (L) type regulator with the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. The K suffix fits a reverse (check) valve in the regulator section. At size 300 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate (PC).
AirTAC builds the G series in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge styles and scales, a low-pressure regulator option and an optional reverse valve. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for this set on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplying power clamps on a machining-centre fixture, where the fitted check valve helps hold the clamped circuit if the shop air supply dips mid-cycle.
Conditioning the air feeding a pneumatic dock leveller or lift-assist ram, with the check valve limiting back-flow when the upstream supply is shut down.
Holding position on the clamp and pusher circuits of a palletiser, where the check valve limits back-flow if upstream pressure is lost during a cycle.
Size 300 with a 3/8 inch PT port is the mid step of the range; step to 200 for small drops or to 400/600 for larger mains and higher air demand. The W suffix selects the 5 um element, with the standard 40 um grade available for coarse protection, and the A suffix fits an automatic drain (manual and differential-pressure are alternatives). This is the low-pressure (L) type regulator; with the automatic drain the catalogue set range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The K suffix is the key choice here: it adds a reverse (check) valve so the downstream circuit is not vented back through the set if the supply dips - leave K out if you do not need that hold function. The embedded square gauge reads in MPa, with other scales and the round gauge orderable. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as catalogue options. Flow is published only as curves, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves against pressure rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow data for this 3/8 inch PT set from the datasheet before you order.
K fits a reverse (check) valve in the regulator section. It blocks back-flow through the unit, helping hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips or is shut off - useful on clamping and holding circuits. If you do not need that function, order the same set without the K suffix.
