AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1)

The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).

About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1)

The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator working together as one air-preparation group. This GC30010C1 is the 300 size with a 3/8 in PT port, the default differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and the standard 40 um filter element. The C1 in the code specifies an external round pressure gauge on the MPa scale. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).

The regulator on this differential-pressure-drain configuration adjusts between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The bowls on the 300 size are polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy. AirTAC builds the G series in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options), drains, filter grades and gauge options, and this is a genuine AirTAC part. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.

Size Class & How It Differs From GFC

  • GC200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GC300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GC400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GC600PT3/4" - PT1"

A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Is the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1) the Right Station?

Match the 300 size and 3/8 in PT port to your demand within the G series ladder (200, 300, 400, 600) - step up to 400 or 600 for higher flow, down to 200 for compact drops. Drain choice: this code uses the default differential-pressure drain; switch to A for automatic or M for manual if the duty suits better. The standard 40 um element is fitted here; add W if you need the finer 5 um grade. The C1 gauge is the external round type on the MPa scale - choose scale 2 for psi or 3 for bar, or an N code for no gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and a mounting bracket is optional.

AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before ordering.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT3/8" here)
  • ✓ Element 40 µm or 5 µm
  • ✓ Drain sets the regulating band
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, shape and scale
  • ✓ Three-unit (GC) or two-unit (GFC) layout
  • ✓ Oil mist acceptable downstream

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install with the airflow arrow: filter first, lubricator last.
  • check Mount vertically, bowls down.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Adjust only within 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
  • check Drain condensate before the bowl fills; check the oil level.
  • check Keep the station above freezing (-5 to +70 °C, unfreeze).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.

AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010C1) FAQ

No single rated figure exists for us to quote: AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not one number. Send us your line pressure, port size and demand, and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request before you order.

C specifies the optional external round pressure gauge and 1 sets its scale to MPa. If you prefer psi, order scale 2; for bar, scale 3; and if no gauge is needed, the N codes carry none. The gauge is fitted because this is a regulator-bearing combination.
