About the AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010F1K)
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one set, cleaning, regulating and oil-mist lubricating compressed air before it reaches your actuators and valves. This GC30010F1K is the size 300 frame with PT3/8 ports, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain, with the regulator's embedded square gauge on an MPa scale (the F1 option). The K option adds a reverse check valve so air cannot flow back through the set toward the supply side. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusting range with the differential-pressure drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The size 300 bowls are PC (polycarbonate).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
