The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010F3) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator delivered as one matched set. This GC30010F3 is the size 300 frame with PT3/8 standard ports, fine 5 um filtration (W grade), a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. It cleans, regulates and lubricates the compressed air supply in a single installation, with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads as order options; 300-size bowls are polycarbonate. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning supply air for core pulls, ejectors and mold clamps on an injection molding machine, with the bar-scaled gauge matching the pressure readouts on European-specified equipment.
Feeding regulated, filtered and lubricated air to the pneumatic functions of a laser cutting cell, where consistent downstream pressure at the treatment point supports stable machine operation.
Supplying treated air to the doffing, tying and cleaning stations at individual looms in a textile plant, with each drop set locally on its own bar-scale gauge.
Size 300 with PT3/8 ports sits mid-range in the GC line; step to 200 for compact drops or 400/600 for higher demand, and we will check the published flow curves against your requirement before you order. The differential-pressure drain fitted here is the standard option; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains can be ordered instead. Filtration is the 5 um (W) element, with the standard 40 um element as the alternative. The F3 suffix selects the square gauge with a bar scale; MPa and psi scales are also available. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published by AirTAC as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your operating pressure and consumption and we will confirm the datasheet flow data for this exact unit before you order.
Differential-pressure drainage is the standard arrangement: the bowl drains when the pressure differential across the filter rises sufficiently. If you want the bowl emptied without that trigger, order code A for an automatic drain or code M for a manual drain on the same size 300, PT3/8 set.
