The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-10 FRL Unit (GC30010LNW) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 5 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L.: separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator that together remove water and particulate, hold a set downstream pressure and add oil-mist lubrication to compressed air. This GC30010LNW is the size 300 configuration with PT3/8 ports, the low-pressure (L) regulator type, a differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, the fine 5 um (W) filter element and no gauge. Bowls at size 300 are polycarbonate; maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus automatic or manual drains, the 40 um standard element, gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads and an optional bracket. AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves rather than one rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet details for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-10 filter, GR300-10 regulator and GL300-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioning air to pick-and-place modules and small test-rig actuators in a lab cell, where the 5 um element is chosen to keep finer particles away from compact directional valves.
Feeding screwdriver feeders, grippers and small clamps on an electronics assembly line with filtered, regulated and lubricated air at a low set pressure.
Running the air-driven part feeders and ejection cylinders on a secondary-operation machining station, with the bowl draining by differential pressure between checks.
Size 300 with PT3/8 ports is the mid-range step; move to size 400 or 600 when the demand outgrows it or to size 200 for light duty. The W at the end of the code selects the fine 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard: choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments are sensitive to finer contamination, and stay at 40 um where coarse water and particle removal is enough. The L marks the low-pressure regulator type; we confirm its adjustment range against the datasheet before you order.
As on any GC set you can also choose automatic (A) or manual (M) drain instead of the differential-pressure drain fitted here, a gauge in embedded square or external round form with MPa, psi or bar scales (this build has none), G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of PT, and an optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-10 regulator with a GF300-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC does not publish a single rated flow figure for the GC series; capacity is given as selection curves in the datasheet. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm whether this size 300 set suits the job, or whether 200, 400 or 600 is the better fit, before you order.
The W in GC30010LNW selects the fine 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard. Use 40 um for general plant air where coarse water and particle removal is the job; choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments are sensitive to finer contamination. Both fit the same size 300 body, so the choice can be changed on later orders.
