The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015ALC1W) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30015ALC1W is a genuine AirTAC G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator built as one 300-size station for compressed air only. The 1/2 in PT port suits a main drop feeding several downstream circuits. The automatic drain opens the filter bowl as condensate collects, the 5 um (W) element gives finer particulate removal than the standard 40 um element, and the low-pressure (L) regulator type is set up for circuits running below standard line pressure. An external round gauge on an MPa scale shows the regulated downstream pressure, and the lubricator meters oil mist into the air stream.
The G series spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, available as single units, two-unit sets or three-unit combinations in PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads. On this 300 size the bowls are PC (polycarbonate), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing) and maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtering, regulating and lubricating the air feed to spray guns in a finishing booth. The 5 um element helps keep particulates out of the finish while the MPa gauge shows the pressure the painter has set.
Conditioning shop-air for a machining centre's pneumatic gates, chip doors and tool-change actuators from a 1/2 in main drop, with automatic draining so the bowl does not need daily attention.
Supplying filtered, regulated and lubricated air to looms and winding heads, where oil-mist lubrication keeps Cylinder and jet components moving through long production runs.
This configuration gives you a 300-size F.R.L. with a 1/2 in PT port, automatic drain, 5 um element and a round MPa-scale gauge. If your line draws less air, step down to a 200 or 300 body with a smaller port; if it draws more, look at the 400 or 600 sizes. The drain can be ordered as manual (M) or differential-pressure (blank) instead of automatic (A), and the filter element as standard 40 um if fine filtration is not needed. Gauge scale 2 (psi) or 3 (bar) can be selected instead of MPa, and the thread can be ordered as G (BSPP) or NPT instead of the standard PT. Because this is the L (low-pressure) type, confirm the exact adjustment range for your set pressure with us before ordering. AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your inlet pressure and expected air consumption and we will confirm the curve and datasheet figures for this exact model on request.
The standard element is 40 um; the W option reduces filtration to 5 um for finer protection of valves, cylinders and finish-sensitive tooling. The drain can also be ordered as automatic (this model), manual or differential-pressure. Confirm the right combination for your line with us on request.
