The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015AN) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30015AN is a genuine AirTAC GC three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator, each installed as its own module in the line. This 300-size set is supplied with a PT1/2 port, an automatic drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element and no pressure gauge (N). It is the standard type, so there is no low-pressure limit on the regulator. All bowls are polycarbonate at this size, the medium is compressed air, and the set works from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
AirTAC builds the GC series in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with 1/8 in through 1 in ports, a choice of G (BSPP) or NPT threads as catalogue options, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 5 um (W) or 40 um filtration, and gauge variants. Flow for the GC series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtering, regulating and lubricating the air that drives stopper and lift cylinders along an assembly-line conveyor system.
Conditioning the plant-air drop in a maintenance bay so impact wrenches and air ratchets receive a filtered, regulated, lubricated supply.
Supplying prepared air to vehicle-lift controls and tyre-changer actuators in a commercial truck service workshop.
This is the workhorse configuration: standard-type regulator, automatic drain, 40 um element, no gauge. The 300-size 1/2 in port suits mid-size plant drops; step down to 200 for smaller lines or up to 400/600 for heavier demand. With the automatic drain fitted, the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); manual-drain variants quote a lower bottom limit. If you want to watch the set pressure, ask about the gauge-equipped variants in the series and their MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard - order G (BSPP) or NPT if your piping differs.
Flow through the GC series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm the datasheet figures and check the sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.

Yes. The N suffix in GC30015AN means no gauge is fitted. Other GC300 configurations in the series come with a gauge, and MPa, psi and bar scale options exist. Tell us the scale you prefer and we will point you to the right code.
