The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015ANW) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 5 µm element, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30015ANW is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, regulator and lubricator, all in size 300 with PT1/2 ports. The filter stage runs a 5 um element to strip water and fine particulate, the regulator holds downstream pressure in the 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range, and the lubricator feeds an oil mist to downstream air tools. Bowls on the filter and lubricator are polycarbonate on this size and drain automatically, and this configuration carries no gauge.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series covers sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in. to 1 in., a choice of 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scale where ordered. Medium is compressed air only, max working pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; we confirm the datasheet numbers on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Filtered, regulated and lubricated air for the tool changer, clamps and chip-ejection cylinders on a machining centre, with automatic draining so condensate never sits in the bowls over an unattended shift.
Conditioning the 1/2 in. main feeding divert gates, pushers and sealing jaws on a carton or shrink-wrap line, where the 5 um element protects fast-cycling directional valves.
A workshop drop at an assembly bench: the lubricator keeps impact drivers, nutrunners and air ratchets oiled, while the regulator holds a steady setting for torque-sensitive fastening.
Size 300 with PT1/2 ports suits 1/2 in. air mains on machines and drops with moderate to high demand; step up to size 400/600 or down to 200/100-class flow paths if your line differs, and let us check the flow curve against your application. The automatic drain here expels collected condensate without operator attention - choose manual (0.05-0.9 MPa regulating range) only where someone checks the point daily, or differential-pressure drain where you want a visual cue. The 5 um element is the finer option versus the 40 um standard - keep 40 um for general supply and 5 um for valves and instruments. No gauge is fitted; the series offers embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; brackets are included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC300 series as performance curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The N in GC30015ANW means no gauge is fitted. Within the same GC300 family you can order configurations with the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale, for example GC30015C1 with a round MPa gauge.
