About the AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015C1K)

GC30015C1K is the three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination - separate filter, regulator and lubricator in size 300 with PT1/2 ports - with the K reverse/check valve fitted and the round external gauge on MPa scale. The filter runs the standard 40 um element, the regulator holds 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) downstream, the lubricator mists oil into the outgoing air, and the check valve blocks backflow through the unit. Bowls are polycarbonate on this size with the default differential-pressure drain.

This is a genuine AirTAC part. The same combination is available across G-series sizes 200 to 600, ports 1/8 in. to 1 in., with 40 um or 5 um elements, automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar, and the check-valve option. Medium is compressed air only, max working pressure 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.

Size Class & How It Differs From GFC

  • GC200PT1/8" - PT1/4"
  • GC300PT1/4" - PT1/2"
  • GC400PT3/8" - PT1/2"
  • GC600PT3/4" - PT1"

A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Where the AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015C1K) Is Used

shield

Safety-monitoring clamp circuits

Supplying hold-and-clamp cylinders on a press or welding fixture, where the check valve helps the regulated circuit stay isolated from upstream venting while the gauge shows the standing pressure.

engineering

Hydraulic power-unit air backup

Conditioning the pneumatic pilot and accumulator-charge air on a hydraulic power unit, with lubricated air for pilot valves and a visible MPa reading for maintenance rounds.

local_shipping

Trailer dock and door actuators

Feeding powered dock-leveler and door actuators at a loading bay, with the check valve guarding against backflow when the bay air supply is shut off between shifts.

Is the AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015C1K) the Right Station?

Pick this code when you want the readable round MPa gauge of the C1 configuration plus the K check valve against backflow - useful where downstream circuits must hold if the upstream side is vented. Size 300 with PT1/2 ports suits 1/2 in. machine and cell mains; because no single rated flow is published, have us check the flow curve against your demand first. The differential-pressure drain is the default here; automatic (A) or manual (M, 0.05-0.9 MPa range) are the other choices. The 40 um element is the standard grade, with 5 um (W) for finer protection. Gauge scale is MPa; psi or bar scales and the embedded square gauge exist in the series. PT thread is standard, G (BSPP) and NPT are order options; brackets included.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (PT1/2" here)
  • ✓ Element 40 µm or 5 µm
  • ✓ Drain sets the regulating band
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, shape and scale
  • ✓ Three-unit (GC) or two-unit (GFC) layout
  • ✓ Oil mist acceptable downstream

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Install with the airflow arrow: filter first, lubricator last.
  • check Mount vertically, bowls down.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Adjust only within 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
  • check Drain condensate before the bowl fills; check the oil level.
  • check Keep the station above freezing (-5 to +70 °C, unfreeze).

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.

AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015C1K) FAQ

AirTAC publishes GC300 series flow as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Share your line pressure and required downstream flow and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.

Only the K option: a reverse/check valve is fitted, so downstream air cannot flow back through the unit when upstream pressure is lost or vented. Filter grade (40 um), drain type (differential-pressure), gauge (round, MPa), ports (PT1/2) and regulator range are otherwise the same.
