The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015F3) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series combines a separate filter, regulator and lubricator in one three-unit F.R.L. set, giving you clean, regulated, lubricated compressed air in a single mounting. This GC30015F3 is the 300 size with 1/2 inch PT ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain on the bowl and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series covers 200/300/400/600 sizes with optional drains, filter grades, gauge scales and G or NPT thread variants; maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). With a differential-pressure drain the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Flow is published as curves, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Supplies filtered, regulated and lubricated air to the pneumatic cylinders that index and stop bottles on a packaging conveyor line.
A standard plant-air conditioning point for a production hall, dropping header pressure to a stable working setting shown on the bar gauge.
Prepares shop air for loading-bay equipment such as tipper and clamp cylinders, with oil mist carried to the seals in service.
Choose the 200/300/400/600 size to suit your pipe and flow demand - the 300 size here takes 1/2 inch PT ports as standard, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the 5 um version (code W) where finer filtration is needed. The bar-scaled square gauge suits sites working in metric units; MPa and psi scales are also in the range.
The differential-pressure drain is the default; pick automatic or manual if your maintenance routine prefers it. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published as curves, not as a single rated number, so quoting one figure here would be guesswork. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow data and whether the 300 size is right for you.
It decodes to an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. Alternative order options in the GC series are an MPa or psi scale, a round external gauge, or no gauge at all - all without changing the filter, regulator or lubricator function.
