The AirTAC AirTAC GC300-15 FRL Unit (GC30015LF1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1/2" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
GC30015LF1 is a three-piece AirTAC G-series F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, pressure regulator and lubricator assembled as one set. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, regulates downstream pressure (the L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type), and meters oil mist to the equipment it feeds. The 300 size carries 1/2 inch ports in PT thread as standard, the regulator carries an embedded square gauge on an MPa scale, and the filter bowl drains by differential pressure.
This is a genuine AirTAC part supplied for the US market. The G-series spans the 200/300/400/600 sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch ports, with G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, a 5 um (W) filter grade, alternate drain and gauge choices, and square or round gauge scales. Flow for this size is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF300-15 filter, GR300-15 regulator and GL300-15 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Point-of-use F.R.L. ahead of the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing conveyor, so the actuators see clean, dry, consistently pressurized and lubricated air at each station.
Feeds a low-pressure clamping circuit on a machining fixture: the filter keeps swarf and condensate out of the valve stack, the regulator holds the clamp set-point and the lubricator conditions the clamp cylinders.
Conditioned supply for looms and winding equipment, where water and lint-laden plant air would foul the machine's air controls; the lubricator keeps the machine's pneumatic actuators running smoothly.
Match the port step to your circuit first: the 300 size is the 1/2 inch stage of the G-series; step down to 200 for compact circuits or up to 400/600 for larger lines, and we will confirm the flow against the published curves before you order. The filter bowl drains by differential pressure as standard, with automatic (A) or manual (M) drain available as catalogue options, and the element is the standard 40 um grade (the W suffix gives 5 um). PT thread is standard on this model; G (BSPP) and NPT are orderable thread options. If you need psi or bar gauge scales instead of the MPa square gauge fitted here, that is a catalogue choice. Note the L suffix: this is the low-pressure regulator type, so confirm its set-point range from the datasheet with us before sizing.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR300-15 regulator with a GF300-15 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes G-series performance as flow curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and acceptable pressure drop and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
It is the gauge code: an embedded square gauge on an MPa scale is fitted to the regulator. Psi or bar scales, an external round gauge, or the same unit with no gauge (GC30015LN) are all catalogue options.
