The AirTAC AirTAC GC400-10 FRL Unit (GC40010LF1) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/8" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series combines a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator as a three-unit F.R.L. set, so one supply line is filtered, regulated and oiled in the right order. This GC40010LF1 is the 400 size with 3/8in PT ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a low-pressure type regulator and a square pressure gauge reading in MPa. Like every GC set it runs on compressed air only, accepts up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, works from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and uses polycarbonate bowls at this size.
It is a genuine AirTAC part from the G-series air-treatment range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8in to 1in, plus options such as automatic or manual drains, a finer 5 um element, G (BSPP) or NPT threads and psi or bar gauge scales. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet values for this exact model against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-10 filter, GR400-10 regulator and GL400-10 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditions the shop air feeding a CNC machining centre's tool-change cylinder and air-blast nozzles; the square MPa gauge sits where the setter can see it and the lubricator keeps the change cylinders running smoothly.
Provides regulated, lubricated air to quarter-turn butterfly valve actuators at a water treatment plant, with the 40 um element stopping pipe scale from reaching the actuator seals.
Serves the pneumatic impact-wrench drop lines along a commercial-vehicle assembly line, where lubrication at the point of use keeps the wrenches working through a full shift.
Choose the 400 size when your line port is 3/8in and machine demand sits above what a 300 set comfortably serves; larger sizes carry more flow, but the figures are curve-based, so we can verify the sizing against your demand before you order. The differential-pressure drain suits a steadily used line, with automatic or manual drains as alternatives in the series. The 40 um element here is the standard grade, with the 5 um (W) option available where finer protection is needed. This version carries a square gauge on the MPa scale; psi and bar scales are offered, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered in place of the PT standard.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-10 regulator with a GF400-10 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the GC40010 datasheet curve against your application.
It is the gauge suffix: F is the square pressure gauge and 1 is the MPa scale. Psi (2) and bar (3) scales are available, and a version supplied without a gauge (N) exists for panels that carry their own instrumentation.
