The AirTAC Airtac GC FRL Unit GC400C15MNK is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and a lubricator working as one coordinated set, so the compressed air feeding your circuit is cleaned, regulated and oiled in sequence. This GC400C15MNK is the size 400 unit with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port, a manual drain on the filter bowl, standard 40 um filtration, the standard regulator type, no gauge fitted and a reverse (check) valve built in, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is cut or drops. With manual drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); the set is rated for a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum working pressure and -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 400 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um filter element, gauge options, a reverse/check valve code and G (BSPP) or NPT thread variants to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding the clamp and eject cylinders of a robotic case-packing cell, where the built-in check valve holds downstream pressure on the clamps if the shop-air supply dips mid-cycle.
Supplying a valve manifold that serves several machine sub-circuits, with the check valve stopping reverse flow between branches when one circuit is isolated for maintenance.
Regulating and lubricating air at a workshop drop used for impact wrenches, air ratchets and blow-off, with the manual drain emptied during daily walk-round checks.
Size 400 with a 1/2 in port sits in the upper-middle of the G range; step up to size 600 or down to size 300 depending on the flow your line needs - we can read the published flow curves against your demand before you order. The M code gives a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by hand during inspection rounds; automatic or differential-pressure drain codes are available. Standard filtration is 40 um; the W code gives 5 um. The K code adds a reverse (check) valve, useful where downstream pressure must be held if the supply side drops; leave it off if your circuit already handles this elsewhere. The N code means no gauge is supplied, though gauge options exist in the series. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT variants to order. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
Flow for the G series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your operating pressure and demand and we will confirm the sizing and the datasheet figures for this model on request.
The K code specifies a reverse (check) valve fitted in the unit, which prevents backflow and helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is shut off or drops. If your circuit already manages reverse flow elsewhere, the same combination is available without the K code.
