The AirTAC GC series is a three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and a lubricator working as one coordinated set, so the compressed air feeding your circuit is cleaned, regulated and oiled in sequence. This GC400C15MNK is the size 400 unit with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port, a manual drain on the filter bowl, standard 40 um filtration, the standard regulator type, no gauge fitted and a reverse (check) valve built in, which holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is cut or drops. With manual drain, the regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); the set is rated for a 1.0 MPa (145 psi) maximum working pressure and -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 400 the filter and lubricator bowls are polycarbonate.

The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
