The AirTAC Airtac GC FRL Unit GC400C15NK is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has See datasheet ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC400C15NK is a genuine AirTAC three-piece F.R.L. combination - separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator - for 1/2 inch PT ports, with the K option fitting a reverse (check) valve so downstream air is held back if the upstream supply drops. The standard 40 um filter element and the default differential-pressure drain are fitted, and no pressure gauge is included (N). Downstream pressure is adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the G series size 400 range, available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads, drains, filter grades, gauge options and the check valve option. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), service temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowls on this size are PC (polycarbonate). Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we will confirm datasheet flow and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF400-C1 filter, GR400-C1 regulator and GL400-C1 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding a clamping fixture on a production machine, the set conditions the supply and the fitted check valve helps hold the clamped state if the upstream air supply is interrupted, supporting fixture integrity between cycles.
Installed behind the air take-off on a service vehicle or mobile workshop body, it filters, regulates and lubricates the air feeding impact wrenches and grease equipment, with the check valve protecting the downstream circuit.
Used on a bench rig that strokes vertically loaded cylinders, the combination provides clean, regulated, lubricated air while the check valve helps maintain the set pressure against load-induced backflow.
The 400 size with 1/2 inch PT port suits mid-to-large air lines; step to 600 or 300 where the circuit demand calls for a different port and flow level. Drain on the filter is the differential-pressure default, with automatic (A) and manual (M) options orderable. The standard element is 40 um and the finer 5 um (W) element is available. The K code here adds the reverse/check valve - choose it where a supply failure must not dump the downstream circuit, such as clamped or vertically loaded actuators. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options, and no gauge is fitted (N) though gauge variants exist. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowls must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe them with a dry cloth. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR400-C1 regulator with a GF400-C1 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as performance curves rather than one rated figure, so no single rated flow number is quoted here. Share your line pressure and demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow figures and check suitability on request.
Only one thing: the K option fits a reverse (check) valve so downstream air is held if upstream supply is lost. Everything else - the 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, 1/2 inch PT ports and absence of a gauge - is the same as the base model.
