The AirTAC AirTAC GC600-20 FRL Unit (GC60020C1K) is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT3/4" ports, a 40 µm element, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
The GC600 is AirTAC's three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, a pressure regulator and an oil-mist lubricator piped together to condition compressed air at one station. This GC60020C1K is the 600 size with 3/4 in. PT ports (PT is the standard thread), the default differential-pressure drain on the filter bowl, the standard 40 um filter element, a round external gauge reading in MPa, and a reverse (check) valve fitted in the regulator so downstream air is not pushed back through the unit when supply pressure drops. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the regulator adjustment range with the differential-pressure drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. At the 600 size the filter bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is rated for -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The same series is available without the check valve, with automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element, square gauges and psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-20 filter, GR600-20 regulator and GL600-20 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

On actuated valve skids where supply pressure can dip, the fitted reverse (check) valve keeps the downstream circuit from venting back through the unit while the set conditions air to the actuators and positioners.
Edge banders, nailers and press rollers in a furniture plant draw from a shared 3/4 in. main; the check valve isolates this station from backflow when a neighbouring branch on the main is vented or serviced.
Trailer and body-assembly bays run air tools plus simple pneumatic test circuits; the check valve holds the downstream circuit while the shop compressor cycles, and the set supplies filtered, regulated, lubricated air to both.
The 600 size carries the largest ports in the G series: 3/4 in. (code 20) or 1 in. (code 25), while the 200/300/400 sizes cover 1/8 to 1/2 in. The K suffix here means a reverse (check) valve is fitted; drop it from the code if your circuit does not need backflow protection. Drain is the blank default, a differential-pressure drain; automatic (A) and manual (M) are the alternatives and the choice sets the regulator adjustment range. Element grade is the standard 40 um; add W for 5 um. Gauge is a round external type with an MPa scale; square gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options.
Flow is published by AirTAC as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your flow and pressure requirement and we will confirm the datasheet curve and correct size before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-20 regulator with a GF600-20 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the G series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirement and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this 3/4 in. size before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted in the regulator, so downstream air is not pushed back through the unit when supply pressure drops. Everything else decodes like the plain GC60020C1: 3/4 in. PT ports, differential-pressure drain, 40 um element and a round MPa gauge.
