The AirTAC AirTAC GC600-25 F.R.L. Combination Unit, PT1 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The AirTAC GC series is a three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and lubricator built up as one conditioned-air supply. This GC600-25 is the size 600 unit with a 1 in PT port, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). It carries a 5 um filter element with a manual drain on the bowl, a low-pressure regulator, a round psi gauge, a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket, and the size 600 bowls are aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge type and scale, G or NPT threads and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-25 filter, GR600-25 regulator and GL600-25 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Conditioned air for pneumatic workholding clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting fine control valves upstream of the spindles' support actuators.
Supplying filtered, regulated and lubricated air to press actuation and part-ejection circuits on a stamping line, where the 1 in PT port serves a main header feeding multiple downstream take-offs.
Feeding a manifold of directional valves and air cylinders on an automated assembly line, with the lubricator carrying oil mist to the cylinders and the reverse/check valve fitted in the supply circuit.
Move up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and flow requirement grows; this unit is the largest step, with a 1 in PT port. The regulator on this code is the low-pressure type, so confirm its adjustment range against your set pressure before ordering - we can check that from the datasheet. The filter drain is manual as coded here, with automatic and differential-pressure drains available as alternative codes; filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, which this unit carries. Gauges are embedded square as standard or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-25 regulator with a GF600-25 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and correct size from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain, so the filter bowl is drained by hand at service intervals; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available as alternative codes. The W code specifies the 5 um element in place of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders.
