The AirTAC AirTAC GC60025MLC2W F.R.L. Combination 1 in. PT is a genuine G-series three-unit F.R.L. combination: a separate filter, a separate regulator and a separate lubricator assembled as one air-preparation station. It has PT1" ports, a 5 µm element, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi).
The GC series is AirTAC's three-piece F.R.L. combination: a separate air filter, pressure regulator and oil-mist lubricator built as one set. This GC60025MLC2W is the size 600 unit for 1 in. PT1 threaded lines. The filter carries a 5 um element (code W) in an aluminium alloy bowl with a manual drain, so condensate is drained by hand on a schedule you control. The regulator is the L low-pressure type, fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi; its exact adjustment range is not published in our data, so confirm it with us if your set pressure is critical. A reverse (check) valve is not fitted, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C non-freezing, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GC range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in. up to 1 in., drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. The combination has no separate bracket code — the three units couple together with their own mounting hardware. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — there is no bracket position on a combination. Constituent units, orderable separately as spares: GF600-25 filter, GR600-25 regulator and GL600-25 lubricator.
A GC is three separate units, so the filter and the regulator can each be serviced or replaced on their own. A GFC is the two-unit set, where filtering and regulating share one body — shorter, but the two functions come as one part. Both filter, regulate and lubricate.

Feeding filtered, regulated and lubricated air to pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from fine particulate and rust scale.
Supplying air to impact wrenches and air motors at assembly stations: the lubricator carries an oil mist to the tools while the regulator holds the working pressure the station was set up for.
Running pneumatic diverters, pushers and gripper cylinders on a bottling and packaging conveyor, with the manual-drain filter bowl checked and drained as part of routine shift maintenance.
Size 600 with a 1 in. PT port is the largest step in the GC range; choose size and port against the air demand of your line and let us check the published flow curves with you before you commit. Drain type is a real choice: this unit has a manual drain (code M), while differential-pressure (the default) and automatic drains are available on other GC codes. The W code selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. The gauge here is the external round type reading psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the other options. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options, and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowls on the GC600 suit harsher environments than PC bowls. The lubricator adds an oil mist downstream of the regulator. If any branch of the line must stay oil-free, take that branch off before the lubricator, or use a GR600-25 regulator with a GF600-25 filter on that branch.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GC series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain on the filter bowl: condensate is drained by hand during routine checks. Differential-pressure drain (the default) and automatic drain are available on other GC codes if you would rather not rely on manual draining.
